Something to Know - 7 November

A book will be written about this moment in time: "5 Days in November".   Announcements from the state of Arizona, Nevada, Georgia and Pennsylvania will bear out the obvious.  Heather Cox Richardson's diary of yesterday leads us up to what will be a happy day.  Even though we are not in the happiest of times for this nation, we know that the tough work is ahead of us, and we can get through this "together".   In an attempt to briefly capture a sense of relief and unity, we can go back to 1930 for a song that has lived through the ages, and we can dust off the old vinyl-to-digital recording and update it with.. the new faces.  If you are old enough to recall either that actual performance, or watching our parents react to this song when we were just beginning to learn about elections, or if you remember this tune at Democratic Conventions over the years, enjoy the Deja Vu for at least a little while:
