2. Thom Hartmann has some stuff here that you would not normally see in other media sources. Mittley has a conference call with big corporate CEOs and tells them that they better get the word out that their employees need to vote for him because if they don't, their employer will have to shut the place down if Obama is re-elected, and other stuff like that. Also, we get a better picture on just how much the stashing of corporate profits off shore to avoid taxes hurts the country and how much of a burden this places on the middle class:
3. Ben Stein, chats with the funny people on the couch on Fox News, and lays it all out - the rich are just going to have to pay more taxes. He even points out that in the most prosperous years of this nation 1941-1973, the wealthy were paying up to 90% in taxes, and everyone was doing well. The Foxies reaction to Ben is worth watching:
4. Timothy Egan totally takes Romney apart here. It is the character and the petulant demeanor that he demonstrated in Debate #2. Romney is full of himself, and not used to being told that he is wrong, or that he "should sit down". If for no other reason, this is not the kind of guy you want working with other nations:
5. Paul Krugman, does the same job as Egan does. He shows us that there is absolutely nothing there for evidence that Romney has any plan or strategy to carry out an agenda for the office of president. It's totally about Romney's destiny to be president because of who he is. He thinks if he is elected, just his presence will change everything. We are at the stage of the political campaign where we find that there is nothing there where Mitt says there is something - nothing but BS:
