News stories on implementation, chaos, and destruction of our government clog our media and mail boxes. We are waiting and waiting for the forceful pushback, or something - anything- to stop it all. The best that this platform can do is to speculate about the what and why we are in this mess. A massive cabal of extremist billionaires who reside on the the right wing, and far from sanity, subsidized Trump's election to put a guy in the White House who would rip up all that FDR created to the point of leaving a wasteland for an oligarchy to run the place. OK, Project 2025 was invented, and now it is being implemented to great consternation. In a very short period, the regulatory prowess of the government has been clipped. Verifiable incompetents were/are in the process of running cabinets with a mission to comply with Project 2025. Then, an unelected dictator was was placed under the chief exec to eliminate the perceived waste in each element of government. Trump was presented with a library of preconceived executive orders on his desk that he signed on "day one". Trump really had no idea of the details of what he was signing. Each of the orders were prepared by unelected right-wing extremists who created a mean-spirited dream list of cruel public policy. The contents of each order were created by people who have no connection or experience in running a government or know of reasons why governments exist; Radical anarchy with no concern for democracy. Here is a hint of what power was placed in the hands of Elon Musk, and this is the face of the end if we do not act. Some half-assed juveniles who have a bit of tech savvy with computers are toppling our democracy. Meet them here:
