This morning finds us with HCR in an "aha moment". The two rattled and weird spear carriers for MAGA exhibit the reaction that an offensive political blowback has exposed the true weakness of the GOP. With no real issue to run on, it is fear and fire that they are banking on, and HCR lays it all out. She goes on to point out that the true grifters amongst us are those in power who suck the taxpayer money to support their network of cronies while blaming the commies and socialists. Name calling and insults is all they have left on the table, but they still have a formidable presence in almost every aspect and layer of our current governance, which must be weeded out in a systematic and democratic program of eradication. It will take time, but with the right people in government, the long cycle of dystopian political dogma will be overcome. By allowing the extremists and diehard MAGATs to hijack the Republican Party, their defeat may have either cleansing or rehabilitative effect, or it will cease its existence. The transition back to normalcy may be difficult and ugly, but it must be done.
