Democrats had a better grasp of political reality in 2012

Much has been written and said about the end of the campaigning and the re-election of Barack Obama.  We've had some good points of view, and explanations on what went right and what went wrong for the interested parties.  Today, let's just settle for one article, written very well by Frank Rich.  It sums it all up, puts the losing faction into a zip-lock bag to be deposited in the recycle bin of historial failures.  It is time to move on, or forward as they say.  Let the future be as we would like, but in a very responsible and judicious manner.  Also, the governor of California and the state legislature has been given all the power needed to correct and implement a path to greatness.  Let's not screw it up:

"No human thing is of serious importance."
       -- Plato
"Faith is a cop-out. If the only way you can accept an assertion is by faith, then you are conceding that it can't be taken on its own merits."
       -- Dan Barker
"Advice is what we ask for when we already know the answer but wish we didn't."
       -- Erica Jong
"Reality is something you rise above."
       -- Liza Minnelli
