Today is Good Friday, which is part of Holy Week and Easter Sunday. For all of my Christian friends and neighbors, in my community and to all the world, this is a significant celebration to recall and revere. In my view, and of what I know about Christianity is that it is a movement that honors the memory and intent of a human being who is responsible for acts of kindness and decency for all people; Christian and non-Christians. These thoughts have crossed my mind, as I struggle to find peace within all of our lives by current political events. We are being called upon to resist, demonstrate, and urge action for peace. This is my contribution for today:
